How do we get started?
Send us a hiring enquiry, call or WhatsApp +91 82099 54452, or book a consultation. We will set up a requirement call to understand the role, the team and your timelines.
Which roles do you hire for?
IT roles such as developers, QA, DevOps, data and product, and non-IT roles such as sales, marketing, finance and accounts, HR, operations, customer support, manufacturing and plant roles, and leadership.
How are candidates screened?
We review experience against your brief, check skills, speak to candidates about their expectations and notice period, and only then share a shortlist with notes.
What does the replacement guarantee cover?
Permanent placements come with a replacement guarantee as per the agreed terms. We confirm the period and conditions with you before we begin.
Can you run a confidential executive search?
Yes. Executive search is handled discreetly, with direct approaches to candidates. We agree confidentiality requirements at the start.
Do you handle bulk hiring?
Yes. For high-volume needs such as new facilities, seasonal peaks or campus drives, we set up a dedicated team and coordinate walk-ins, campus outreach and joining.
How does contract staffing work, including payroll and compliance?
Contract staff are engaged through us for a fixed scope or duration. Payroll and compliance are handled as per the agreement we sign with you.
How long does a hire usually take?
It depends on the role. We share a timeline after the requirement call, once we know how niche the skills are and what the market looks like.
What are your fees?
Fees are shared after we understand the requirement. There is no upfront cost to discuss it.

Finding a job through Staffinger
Is it free for candidates?
Yes. Staffinger never charges candidates. Never pay anyone to get a job through Staffinger.
How do I apply?
Apply to a role on our Jobs page, or submit your profile and CV for upcoming roles. You can also send your CV on WhatsApp.
What happens after I apply?
A recruiter reviews your profile. If it fits an open role, we contact you to discuss it. If there is no fit right now, we keep your profile in mind for future roles.
How do I update my profile?
Submit your profile again with the latest details, or email info@staffingersolutions.com with your updated CV.
How do I recognise fraud?
We never ask for money, deposits or fees. Check that messages come from an @staffingersolutions.com address or from +91 82099 54452. If in doubt, email or call us before sharing any documents or payments.
