Privacy policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This policy explains, in plain English, how we handle your personal data. It is written under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, together with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
1. Who we are
Staffinger Solutions LLP (“Staffinger”, “we”, “us”) is the data fiduciary for the personal data collected through www.staffingersolutions.com. Our registered office is in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and we operate from Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You can reach us at info@staffingersolutions.com.
2. What personal data we collect, and how
- Forms: when you send a contact message, employer enquiry, consultation request or job application, we collect the details you type in, such as your name, email, phone number, company, city, experience and notice period.
- CVs: if you upload a CV, we receive the file and everything in it, such as work history, education and contact details.
- Chat messages: what you type into the website chat assistant.
- Booking details: if you book a call through our Cal.com calendar, Cal.com collects your name, email and chosen time and passes them to us.
- Technical data: basic device and browser information and your IP address, which our servers record in logs for security and troubleshooting.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Why we use your data, and our lawful basis
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the checkbox on our forms. We use it to:
- respond to your enquiry or message;
- provide recruitment services and match candidates to suitable roles;
- share a candidate's profile with prospective employers, only for roles relevant to that candidate;
- schedule calls and interviews;
- improve and secure this website; and
- comply with the law.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only:
- With prospective employers, for candidates, as described above.
- With service providers who act on our behalf (our data processors): Hostinger (website hosting), Render (application server), MongoDB Atlas (database), Google (Gemini AI for the website chat assistant, and the Google Maps embed), Cal.com (booking), and our email provider.
- Where the law requires us to disclose it, for example to a court or authority.
5. Transfers outside India
Some of our providers may process data on servers outside India. This is permitted under the DPDP Act, subject to any restrictions the Government of India may notify.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
- Candidate CVs and profiles: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
After that we delete or anonymise the data. We keep it longer only if the law requires us to.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to erase it;
- withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it, and it does not affect processing we did lawfully before you withdrew;
- have your grievance addressed; and
- nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to act.
To use any of these rights, email our Grievance Officer at info@staffingersolutions.com. We respond within 30 days at most, and we aim to be much quicker. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Children
Our services are not directed at children (anyone under 18). We do not knowingly collect a child's personal data without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian. If you think a child has sent us data, please tell us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We follow reasonable security practices, including HTTPS encryption, access controls and limiting who can see personal data to the people who need it. If there is a personal data breach, we will notify the affected people and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
10. Cookies and browser storage
We use only essential browser storage, for example to remember the last list of jobs you viewed so the page loads faster. Third-party embeds (the Cal.com booking calendar and Google Maps) may set their own cookies. They load only when you choose to open them. See the Cal.com privacy policy and the Google privacy policy.
11. AI chat assistant
Messages you type into the chat assistant are processed by Google Gemini to generate replies. Please do not share sensitive personal data, such as financial or government ID numbers, in chat.
