The content on this website describes our recruitment services for general information. We try to keep it accurate and current but do not promise that it is complete or error-free.

4. No guarantee of employment or hiring outcomes

Submitting a CV or an application does not guarantee an interview, a job offer or any hiring outcome. Likewise, we do not guarantee that we will find a suitable candidate for an employer, or within any particular time.

5. We never charge candidates

Staffinger never charges candidates any fee to apply, to be shortlisted or to get a job. If anyone asks you for money in our name, it is a scam.

• Do not pay anything, and do not share bank, card, OTP or ID details.

6. Candidate responsibilities

• Give accurate, complete and current information, and only submit a CV you have the right to share.
• You consent to us sharing your profile with prospective employers for roles relevant to you, as set out in the Privacy Policy. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

7. Employer responsibilities

• Give accurate information about the roles you ask us to fill.
• Hire lawfully and without discrimination, and treat candidate data we share with you only for the role concerned.

8. Job listings

Job listings are provided by employers. They may change, be filled or be withdrawn at any time, and we do not guarantee that they are accurate or current.

9. AI assistant

Replies from the website chat assistant are automated, are for information only, and may be inaccurate. They are not professional, legal or financial advice. Please confirm anything important with our team.

10. Third-party links and embeds

This site links to or embeds services run by others, including WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Trustpilot, Google Maps, Cal.com and Fynnd.AI. We do not control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

11. Intellectual property

The text, design and branding on this site belong to Staffinger Solutions LLP and may not be reused without our written permission. Some photographs are used under licence from Pexels and Unsplash.

12. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, try to gain unauthorised access, submit false or unlawful content, scrape it at scale, or send spam or malicious files through our forms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
